Saw this pic this morning and had to post it. Baby 'Bron Bron doing what any 6'8, 260 pound man would do....cry for calls and throw a temper tantrum. Who knows, he may even blame someone else for his horrific performance last night on both ends of the floor.

I don't see why you and all the media are hating on Lebron's Game 4. Heck, he got a triple-single!
ReplyDeleteI'm tired of hearing this "let the sleeping dog lie" business... all this commotion started after game 3, a win for the Heat, when everyone criticized him for not scoring in the 4th or playing well (offensively). So Deshawn and Jet challenge him, and everyone was shocked. "How could you do that, It's Lebron James!" screams every national media outlet. Then he comes out an lays the biggest egg of all eggs in Game 4, and NOW the media decides to jump him. So you expect me to believe, that after the Mav's players challenged and questioned him post game 3, that now post game 4 they are supposed to stop, when it proved to be effective?? I don't understand where some of these guys get their ideas from
ReplyDeleteOne more thought...Lebron has never had to deal with a situation like this. His entire career in Cleveland, everyone has babied him, wiped his bottom, and told him how special he was, even if he had an off game. It was always "someone else's problem". Never Lebron. Nope, not the best player in the world. No one ever had the cojones to put themselves out their and challenge Lebron, put him on the spot, in fear of what he "could" do. But what people do not get is that Lebron relishes in the spotlight (Think "Decision", think "Hollywood as Hell"). You want to sit back and tell him how great he is? He will show you. He reads his own press clippings. So when everyone is loving Lebron and he is throwing the powder in the air and it is a big party, he shines. Yet when someone goes out and questions him, calls him out, makes him sit back and think, "Am I really not as good as I think I am". So in turn he starts questioning his own play, questioning his own skills. Stops driving. Stops passing. Stops looking dominant on defense. And that is the performance we got in Game 4. Keep calling him out Mavs and Mavs fans, lets see if Lebron can step up.
ReplyDeleteIf you need anymore motivation at this point, you might as well go home. It is the Finals. So people can talk all they want, it shouldn't "change" your production in any way. It is non sense. So put this BS of "poking the sleeping bear/dog/whatever" to rest. It is ridiculous.
